Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on Ziyin Huoxue circulation combined with acupuncture in treating patients with deficiency of kidney and yin deficiency. Methods The control group was treated with routine Western medicine， and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture with Ziyin Huoxue circulation.Before and after treatment， the statistical methods were used to compare the treatment efficiency， TCM syndrome score and endometrial thickness. Results After treatment， the total effective rate， TCM syndrome score and endometrial thickness in both groups were better than before treatment（P<0.05 or P<0.01）， while in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores， the experimental group was better than the control group （P<0.01）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Ziyin Huoxue combined with acupuncture on patients with deficiency of kidney yin deficiency type is as good as that of western medicine， and is superior to western medicine in the improvement of some symptoms.
