Objective To study the syndrome type and medication rule of Chinese medicine treatment of anorexia in children by using complex network analysis method. Methods The related literature of Chinese medicine treatment of anorexia in children was retrieved and analyzed into complex data. The complex network was used to analyze the core medication rules of different syndrome types. Results A core prescription was analyzed for four major syndromes. Conclusion This study can provide a basis and guidance for the clinical treatment of anorexia in children， and can provide a broader thinking for the excavation of the clinical academic experience of the famous old Chinese doctors in the future.
