    摘要:

    目的 研究白萆薢水提物镇痛抗炎活性,并对其安全性进行初步评价。方法 采用小鼠单次给药毒性试验,观察受试物对小鼠的急性毒性反应和死亡情况;采用小鼠乙酸扭体法、小鼠耳肿胀法和大鼠棉球肉芽肿法,评价白萆薢水提物的镇痛、抗炎活性。结果 白萆薢水提物小鼠24h内单次灌胃给药毒性试验的最小致死量为12.15 g/kg,最大耐受量为10.94 g/kg;主要表现为腹泻。与溶媒对照组比较,白萆薢水提物3 g/kg可明显减少乙酸致小鼠扭体数(P<0.05),明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05);同时,白萆薢水提物2 g/kg可显著降低大鼠棉球肉芽肿(P<0.05)。结论 白萆薢水提物具有明显的镇痛和抗炎活性。

    Abstract:

    Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of water extract from Smilax siderophylla and its safety. Methods An acute toxicity assay was performed to observe the toxicity response and death in mice. Analgesic effect was observed by acetic acid-induced writhing response in mice. Anti-inflammatory effects were evaluated by models of auricle edema in mice and cotton pellet granuloma in rats. Results The minimum lethal dose of water extract from Smilax siderophylla was 12.15 g/kg and the maximum tolerated dose was 10.94 g/kg. The mainly toxicity response was diarrhea. Compared with the vehicle control group, the water extract from Smilax siderophylla 3 g/kg group could significantly reduce the numbers of writhing and reduce the auricle edema in mice. At the same time, it could obviously reduce the granuloma hyperplasia in rats. Conclusion The water extract from Smilax siderophylla has markedly analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity.
