    目的〓 研究普洱茶醇提物对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease ,NAFLD)模型小鼠血脂及肝脏病理改变的影响。方法 使用高脂饲料喂养ICR小鼠建立NAFLD小鼠模型,采用高、低剂量的普洱茶醇提物(5.0、2.0 g/kg)灌胃治疗模型小鼠,6周后测定小鼠体质量、脂肪含量、肝脏指数、血脂以及谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase, AST)、谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase, ALT)的水平,并进行肝脏组织病理学观察。结果 普洱茶醇提物能够显著降低NAFLD模型小鼠的体脂与血脂水平;降低小鼠肝脏及血清中ALT、AST含量;高剂量治疗组组织切片发现肝细胞脂肪变性明显改善。结论 普洱茶醇提物能够明显改善NAFLD模型小鼠脂肪沉积、血脂升高和肝脏组织病理改变,在非酒精性脂肪性肝病的治疗上展现出良好效果。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of alcohol extract of Pu’er tea on ICR mice model with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods NAFLD model was successfully induced in ICR mice by high-fat diet. Different doses of alcohol extract of Pu’er tea(5.0、2.0 g/kg) were administrated to model mice for 6 weeks started from the last day of induction. Body weight of all mice were recorded during the experiment. At the end of the treatment, liver index, lipid levels both in the serum and liver tissue, and levels of both aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were measured. Liver histological examination was performed to observe the morphological changes. Results Compared with the model group, significant decreases in body fat, liver index, blood lipid levels, levels of ALT and AST in the liver and serum were observed in the Pu’er tea treatment groups in a dose-dependent manner. Histopathological examinations of the liver sections in the high dose group revealed that hepatocellular steatosis was significantly improved compared with that in the model group, while the improvement was not as obviously as in the low dose group. Conclusion The alcohol extract of Pu’er tea significantly improved the hyperlipidemia and hepatocellular steatosis in NAFLD mice model induced by high-fat diet, thus showing great potential in the management of NAFLD.
