Abstract:Objective To understand status and related influencing factors of Thyroid nodule in some perimenopausal women in Xingtai area. Methods Selecting in February 2019 to December in Center of Xingtai people's Hospital Xintai city, 1 038 perimenopausal women cases as the research object, the self-compiled basic information questionnaire and physical examination results were used for statistical analysis. Results The prevalence of Thyroid Nodule was 57.4 %.There are significant difference of Thyroid Nodule in perimenopausal women among age, body mass index (BMI), menopause and fatty liver(P<0. 05).The prevalence of Thyroid Nodule showed a significant upward trend with the increase in age.The highest prevalence was observed between 55 and 60 years old.The prevalence of Thyroid Nodule in menopausal population was higher than that in non-menopausal population.The prevalence of Thyroid Nodule in fatty liver group was higher than that in non-fatty liver group.There are significant difference in Total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), fasting blood glucose(FPG) influenced by thyroid nodule group was higher than with-out thyroid nodule group(P<0. 05) . Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified menopause and advanced age as the influencing factors for Thyroid Nodule in perimenopausal women. Conclusion The prevalence of Thyroid Nodule in perimenopausal women in Xingtai area is high. perimenopausal period is a high risk factor for Thyroid Nodule,suggesting regular physical examination,the screening and management should be further strengthened in perimenopausal women with thyroid nodules.
