Based on the OBE concept，the systematic constructions of ideological and political courses of basic chemistry courses of pharmacy majors in the university were implemented. The problems such as the lack of systematization, repeated teaching cases, unclear professional characteristics and improper implementation methods were overcome. According to the three principles of OBE concept, the school running orientation and professional training objectives, the student-centered style was taken, the ideological and political courses were integrated, the theoretical, basic and applied application of the basic chemistry curriculum group in the training of pharmacy talents were highlighted. The curriculum construction was accomplished consequently. The curriculum construction has given full play to the basic supporting role of professional construction and personnel training. Meanwhile, in order to achieve high-quality coordinated development of curriculum construction, professional construction, talent training and teacher group construction, teaching feedback and teaching evaluation were strengthened, and teaching was constantly improved.
