Objective To discuss and summarize Professor Meng Ru?蒺s clinical syndrome differentiation thinking and medication rules for the treatment of haematuria based on the idea of "treating the disease". Methods Through clinical follow-up and reading medical records, Professor Meng Ru?蒺s syndrome differentiation methods and specific prescription drugs for the treatment of haematuria are analyzed and summarized. Results Professor Meng Ru believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of haematuria can be summarized as: "Most of them are caused by fire, and there are also qi deficiency and blood stasis throughout, which are inseparable from the shi and xu ends." Taking prescriptions A and B alternately in treatment not only enhances the curative effect, but also reduces the side effects of Western medicine. Conclusion In the process of differentiating and treating haematuria in traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment idea of "Prevention of disease from aggravation or recurrence" can achieve significant curative results.
