Through the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, meridian theory and clinical cases of insomnia, this paper discusses the acupuncture treatment idea of Dabao point in the treatment of insomnia, in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of insomnia, to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of insomnia and more theoretical basis for the application of Dabao point.
