Abstract:Zhang Zhen, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, systematically summarized and put forward the "two-state and three-three configuration rule", which is a static structure consisting of three levels: core components, infrastructure, and concrete forms, together with three dynamic manifestations of primary conditions, secondary changes and intermingled components. The rule reflect of various disease changes and constituting the common core components and elements to the pathogenesis. In this paper, it is used by the author as a guideline for the identification of tumor. The authors combine the characteristics of clinical syndrome differentiation thinking in tumor to provide a certain theoretical basis for the study of the syndrome and sign?蒺s rule of tumor.
