In this paper, the training needs of the acupuncture and moxibustion course are sorted out based on the outcomes-based education(OBE) concept, so as to deduce the teaching objectives that meet the contemporary students. In order to achieve this objective, the author innovated and reformed the teaching content and realization of acupuncture and moxibustion course.
