Abstract:Objective This thesis aims at observing the effect of "Zanya" nursing(medical scrubbing therapy) in 237 patients with degenerative lesions of the lumbar spine. Methods 237 patients with degenerative lesions of the lumbar spine who were admitted to the massage rehabilitation department of dai nedical hospital in dai autonomous prefecture of xishuangbanna from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. They were randomly divided in two groups, 119 in the control group and 118 in the experimental group. The routine nursing was given to the control group, while the "Zanya" nursing of Dai medicine was given to the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing. The scrubbing of the patient‘s waist with a Dai medicine scrubbing kit was conducted once a day for 30 minutes, in which three days were a course of treatment, and a total of three courses of intervention were conducted. Before and after intervention, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA) and visual analogue scale(VAS) were used to evaluate the two groups. After the intervention, the SPSS 26.0 software is adopted for statistical analysis and patient satisfaction is also imestigated. Results After the "Zanya" nursing, the significantly higher JOA score of the experimental group was obtained in contrast with that of the control group, and the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The statistical significance(P<0.05) of the comparison between the two was embodied. The higher patient satisfaction of the experimental group(99.2%) was obtained in contrast with that of the control group (94.1%), and the statistical significance(P<0.05) of the difference was shown. Conclusion The obvious effect of "Zanya" nursing in relieving patients‘ lumbar pain and improving lumbar function has been achieved, which has the advantages such as high patient satisfaction, simple operation, being non-invasive and painless for patients, Therefore, its high clinical promotion value is embodied.
