This paper introduces the experience of professor Yu Jian‘er in the treatment of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage syndrome in children with Sisheng Decoction. Professor Yu believes that the disease of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage syndrome mainly manifests as lung symptoms, but the main cause is due to kidney deficiency, therefore treatment should focus on both organs. Sisheng Decoction is commonly used to promote the lung, nourish the kidney and strengthen the spleen and stomach. One proven case is also cited.
