Combining the traditional theory and modern research of actinite in the treatment of androgenic diseases, this paper will discuss its therapeutic effect and safety on androgenic diseases, in order to provide a new therapeutic reference for clinical practice. The relevant literatures were consulted, the ancient medical books were collected, and the relevant results of modern research were analyzed and discussed. It was found that actinite has abundant trace elements, which can regulate hormone secretion and hormone receptor expression, antagonize tumor, increase serum testosterone in male rats, regulate hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function, and has other pharmacological effects, providing scientific basis for clinical application. Following the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment, actinolite can significantly improve the symptoms of TCM andrology related diseases at a safe dose.
