Abstract:Male infertility is a common disease in male clinics, with a complex etiology that troubles about 15% of couples of childbearing age worldwide. Professor Bin Bin, a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Guangxi, has been engaged in male clinical, scientific research, and teaching works for more than 30 years. He has rich treatment experience and unique insights on male infertility, advocating the treatment of oligozoospermia and asthenospermia from the perspective of "spleen and kidney deficiency combined with dampness, heat, blood stasis, toxicity, and insects". He also proposes the theory of "three passages and two channels" of Zhuang medicine, which is used for communication. He innovates and develops the theory of "four passages and two channels". He believes that the treatment of male infertility should focus on the patency of the "Jing Paths", and the treatment of male diseases should also be based on patency, smoothness, and necessity.
