Wuqinxi is a bionic gong method. Aiming at the different ways of movements of Wuqinxi such as forward leaning, backward leaning, lateral flexion, rotation and other basic steps such as balancing step, horse step, etc., we analyzed the shape-tuning effect of Wuqinxi according to the parts of the neck, upper limbs, torso, and lower limbs, respectively, and found that Wuqinxi could enhance the muscular strength, regulate myofascial elasticity, and improve the mobility of the joints, so as to provide the idea for the establishment of the gongfa prescription and the application of the clinical Wuqinxi.
