Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and significance of the competency oriented teaching model and evaluation model in the training of clinical graduate students in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods A total of 29 graduate students were selected from May to July 2023 and divided into teaching reorganization and control group by random number method, the two groups adopted traditional training mode and post competency oriented training mode respectively. The two groups were evaluated in terms of post competence, knowledge and teacher satisfaction. Results The scores of post competency evaluation, knowledge and teacher satisfaction were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The competency oriented training model and teaching evaluation can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and quality of students, and provide an effective connection for the supply and transformation of professionals in the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
