    摘要:

    目的 探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的教学模式及评价模型在中西医结合临床专业研究生培养中的应用效果及意义。方法 选取2023年5-7月在院一体化培养的硕士研究生29名,通过随机数字法分成教改组、对照组,2组分别采用传统培养模式及以岗位胜任力为导向的培养模式。对两组进行岗位胜任力、理论知识、教师满意度等方面进行考核。结果 教改组在多项岗位胜任力评价指标以及理论知识和教师满意度方面均高于对照组。结论 以岗位胜任力为导向的培养模式及教学评价可有效提升学生综合能力和素养,为中西医结合专业人才供给与转化提供有效衔接。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect and significance of the competency oriented teaching model and evaluation model in the training of clinical graduate students in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods A total of 29 graduate students were selected from May to July 2023 and divided into teaching reorganization and control group by random number method, the two groups adopted traditional training mode and post competency oriented training mode respectively. The two groups were evaluated in terms of post competence, knowledge and teacher satisfaction. Results The scores of post competency evaluation, knowledge and teacher satisfaction were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The competency oriented training model and teaching evaluation can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and quality of students, and provide an effective connection for the supply and transformation of professionals in the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
