Objective To strengthen the management of the disinfection supply center of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, ensure the quality of disinfection supply, and improve clinical satisfaction. Methods After two renovations and expansions, a series of measures such as improving the layout process, rules and regulations， standardizing workflow and quality testing standards， promoting centralized disposal, establishing a training system, and providing personalized services for clinical needs. Results Through three years of quality management improvement, the quality of disinfection supply has been significantly improved, the clinical satisfaction has increased from 85% to 96%, the awareness of staff’s knowledge of disinfection and sterilization has increased from 52% to 98%, the sense of responsibility has been enhanced, and the quality of supply has been guaranteed. Conclusion The disinfection supply center adopts continuous quality management method and effectively implements it, which can effectively improve the quality of disinfection supply and ensure the clinical supply of qualified sterile goods.
