This article introduced the application of spleen method in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric liver diseases. Four diseases were mainly discussed, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, tic disorder, slow convulsions and epilepsy. The typical cases were described to illustrate that the spleen method was widely used and had an important position in pediatric liver diseases, with precise clinical efficacy, which is worthy of further in-depth study.
