Abstract:A review of the current status of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. Allergic rhinitis is a non-infectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa, one of the common allergic diseases, with the characteristics of seasonal onset, mainly related to exposure to allergens. This disease belongs to the category of "rhinitis" in traditional Chinese medicine. The disease is located in the lung, but it is closely related to the spleen and kidney, mainly with the types of wind and cold in the lung channel, latent heat in the lung channel, deficiency of Qi in the lung and spleen, and Yang deficiency in the lung and kidney. For the treatment of allergic rhinitis, it is necessary to combine the disease with the syndrome in the dialectical treatment. In addition, it can also be applied to the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
