This paper describes the theoretical understanding and clinical practice of PCOS in Yao's gynecology department. From the etiological point of view, PCOS is caused by congenital deficiency, acquired disability, loss of work and rest, and emotional injury. The pathogenesis is closely related to the disorder of qi and blood, the disharmony of liver and spleen and the imbalance of Chongren. The pathological products were phlegm dampness and congestion. Based on this, clinical can be divided into four syndromic types: liver and spleen deficiency, Chongren dysplasia, kidney essence deficiency; Liver depression and blood stasis, Chongren failure, and Jiayu fire type; Deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of Chongren and spleen, deficiency of qi and blood, phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals. According to the characteristics of its etiology and pathogenesis, according to Yao's gynecology for women's diseases of the three stages of liver treatment and three stages of kidney tonifying method, and follow the treatment of menstruation disease "stage legislation" rule, according to the common syndromes to determine the treatment method, prescription medication. In this paper, the use of hospital preparation and its non-drug therapy are described, and typical cases are listed.
