Butterfly vertebrae, a rare type of congenital malformation occurring during embryonic development, typically presents no symptoms and can only be identified through radiological examinations. A case is reported where the butterfly vertebra caused erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. After treatment with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, sexual function has significantly improved.
