This paper summarizes the experience of professor Qin Guozheng, famous doctor in Yunling, in the treatment of immune infertility. Professor Qin believes that the main pathogenesis of immune infertility is "deficiency of healthy obstruction of pathogenic excess, loss of Yin essence and hyperactivity of Yang movement". When treating immune infertility, we should flexibly combine the four a Qi,methods of tonifying, dredging, converging and calming, so as to play the role of enriching healthy Qi, dispersing pathogenic factors, restraining Yin and latent Yang, so as to achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy. Two cases are cited to illustrate the treatment.
