Abstract:Nocturnal sleep or unusual behaviors and experiences connected to sleep are referred to as idiosyncratic sleep. Patients who have the disease frequently experience disturbances in their life, career, and physical well-being. In order to effectively treat this disease, according to mentor Fang Yongjiang, the etiology and pathogenesis of the restlessness of the mind and soul as well as the disturbance of the liver and soul to the heart must be closely followed. This can be done by combining the five elements, internal organs, and the theory of the three causes; reviewing the disease‘s progression in relation to changes in the pulse; and using acupuncture to regulate the shape of the mind and soul.
