Professor Jiang Yunwu‘s clinical experience in treating granulomatous mastitis is introduced. Professor Jiang Yunwu believes that the pathogenesis of this disease lies in the liver and stomach imbalance, the loss of Qi and blood, resulting in local Qi stagnation and blood stasis, mass accumulation, and then purulent rot, and pain due to obstruction. In clinical treatment, we should abide by the pathogenesis, pay attention to regulating the liver and stomach, and summarize the treatment ideas of "based on the liver and stomach, regulating Qi and blood", "supporting Yang Qi" and "Attach equal importance to 'dispersal' and 'warming' ". Acupuncture points are flexible, ear acupuncture and garlic moxibustion are combined, and the dose effect is superimposed, which provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of granulomatous mastitis.
