    摘要:

    目的 探讨不同地区蛹虫草内生及生境土壤真菌多样性,并进行抑菌活性分析,从中筛选具有良好抗菌活性的菌株。方法 本研究基于纯培养手段分离蛹虫草共生微生物,并通过平板对峙法对蛹虫草内生及生境土壤真菌进行抑菌活性测试。结果 从蛹虫草内共获86株分属于4门22属51种内生真菌以及71株分属于4门22属46种土壤真菌,4个地区蛹虫草内生、生境土壤都共有优势属为Aspergillus、Fusarium和Trichoderma。结论 研究通过纯培养手段证实不同居群蛹虫草共生微生物丰富多样,筛选得到的活性菌株为蛹虫草内生及土壤真菌资源开发和利用提供依据,对保护天然虫草物种及虫草资源具有一定意义。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the diversity of endophytic and habitat soil fungi of Cordyceps militaris in different regions and conduct antibacterial activity analysis, and to screen out strains with good antibacterial activity. Methods In this study, the symbiotic microorganisms of C. militaris were isolated by pure culture methods, and the antibacterial activity of endophytic and habitat soil fungi of C. militaris was tested by the plate confrontation method. Results A total of 86 endophytic fungi belonging to 4 phyla, 22 genera and 51 species and 71 soil fungi belonging to 4 phyla, 22 genera and 46 species were obtained from C. militaris. The dominant genera of endophytic and habitat soil fungi in the four regions of C. militaris were Aspergillus, Fusarium and Trichoderma. Conclusion This study confirmed the rich diversity of symbiotic microorganisms of different populations of C. militaris by pure culture methods. The active strains screened provide a basis for the development and utilization of endophytic and soil fungal resources of C. militaris, and have certain significance for the protection of natural Cordyceps species and Cordyceps resources.
